Our Portfolio

Below are a few examples of websites that AmberCo. has built. Do you need a new website? We can help!

Indars Stairs

The Challenge

Indars Stairs is small local business whose website was made several years ago. It wasn't responsive and it looked quite outdated. The other issue was that the content and portfolio had not been updated in a while since the back-end of the site was not very intuitive to use.

The Solution

We built Indars a new website in Squarespace. This updated site has a gorgeous design and an extensive portfolio to showcase the incredible stairs that Indars builds. It also has a very easy to use backend which makes it simple for the client to update as needed.

The Benefits

  • Responsive template adjusts to all mobile devices

  • Backend of the site is incredibly easy and intuitive to use

  • Site design is modern but warm to fit the company's brand

  • Site map was expanded and new content was added to ensure visitors can get all of the information they need

The Rosenbach

The Challenge

The Rosenbach is a prestigious museum and library that was recently acquired by the Free Library of Philadelphia. Unfortunately, their web presence was an antique much like many of their artifacts. Their website wasn't mobile responsive, and most importantly it was built on a platform that was incredibly hard to update. It had also been added onto over the years but not in a strategic way. As such, it was hard for visitors to find the information they were seeking.

The Solution

We rebuilt their website on WordPress using a theme. This was an incredibly cost effective solution that helped The Rosenbach visitors more easily learn about the programs and exhibitions they offered and The Rosenbach staff  more easily update the site so that it truly encompassed all of the incredible books, manuscripts, and programs they have available.

The Benefits

  • Open source platform, WordPress makes it easy to add functionality onto the site

  • Backend of the site is incredibly easy and intuitive to use

  • Visitors can view the site on their phones or iPads

  • Visitors can more easily find what they are seeking

Hinkel Equipment Rental

The Challenge

Hinkel Equipment Rental had a website that was pretty outdated. They needed a place to more prominently highlight their equipment and more effectively collect information from potential customers.

The Solution

We replaced their old custom website with a new Squarespace website. This gave them a new sleek modern design and included web forms for them to collect information from potential clients.

The Benefits

  • Modern sleek design

  • Responsive template adjusts to all mobile devices

  • Forms allow for streamlined communication with prospective customers

Robinson-Manning Reunion

The Challenge

The Robinson-Manning family has been having reunions for over 133 years. However, they had never had a real web presence. They recently created a Facebook page, but without a website they didn't have a way to centrally communicate with their 100's of members. They also didn't have a place to post materials to share from past reunions or archives from the family in an organized fashion.

The Solution

We created their first ever website in Squarespace. Finally they have a place to post details about their upcoming yearly reunion and share stories and materials from the past. We are also currently working on upgrading their email program. We are migrating their email list from yahoo into Mailchimp, creating professional templates for them to use and crafting a communication plan to ensure maximum engagement and participation from their inter-generational family members.

The Benefits

  • Super easy to edit website that can be edited or added to by anyone

  • Centralized location to preserve historical information and documents from the family

  • Beautiful way to showcase past reunions including photos, videos, and family milestones

  • More professional email tool to help them communicate regularly with everyone to ensure information is disseminated across all participants

The Challenge

Canetti Design Group Inc is the company responsible for the original magnet frame. Founded in 1984, they needed a new site template that possessed a clean, modern look worthy of its strong sales presence in both the office and the home. Additionally, the site also required user interface upgrades to ensure a smoother purchasing experience for their customers.

The Solution

We used the X-Template and its inherent flexibility to ensure we could meet the desired modern, sleek approach the customer believed would best match their base. We also placed an emphasis on the company upgrading all their photography site wide for each product they sold, creating an elite e-commerce experience.

The Benefits

  • Flexible template able to adapt to the company’s future needs and optimize their current ones

  • Template choice allowed for an efficient optimization of all clients goals in a minimally invasive fashion. No overhaul was required. Elements were highlighted and incorporated to meet all objectives in a more cost effective fashion.

The Challenge

New Law Business Model is a company at the forefront of educating lawyers and their community in effective estate planning. Unfortunately that vital mission was being compromised by a decade old site for which customer navigation had become far too cumbersome and keeping up with back end administration and support far too complicated and demanding.

The Solution

We created a fully integrated member hub that when combined with AccessAlly, and Infusionsoft offered a much stronger overall user experience for both administration and their respective customer base.

The Benefits

  • The integrated member hub was able to allow for a vital permission based accessibility component essential to optimizing client experience and site package offerings.

  • Updating the site gave it a more professional appearance in keeping with its professional mission and clientele.

Haddam Neck Covenant Church

The Challenge

Haddam Neck Covenant Church is an excellent organization with an outstanding mission who’s work found itself muted by its outdated and uninviting site. Its ability to operate as self contained and keep up to date via its own sense of control found itself compromised by outdated technology, poor aesthetics and functionality that didn’t ultimately serve its goal.

The Solution

We built a solution that began by embracing the Church’s mission and expanding from there. In updating the sites aesthetic we were able to present the community in a way others would find appealing, In introducing donor functionality we served the practical aspects of the heart of their mission. And in introducing updated infrastructure we were able to assist the Church to stay relatively nimble in their ability to update going forward

The Benefits

  • The updated aesthetic promoted the Church as a vital and thriving community

  • The functionality enabled ease of ability to collect donations and funds to serve the overall mission.

  • The structure adjustments and training enable the ability of the church to assume control of its site going forward

Across The Sea

The challenge

To introduce a brand new mission and site for the first time in a manner that proves both effective and clear. Imagining an organization from the ground up and building out a site that can support not just its current infant iteration but one that can adapt and grow as our clients vision for this site continues to expand.

The Solution

We built a solution that first and foremost aligned with the vision of our client. The aesthetic, content and functionality needed to serve the mission as provided and it was vital we understood this stated path. Sometimes its as simple as working as a cooperative backup and this was an excellent example of such. Our offerings were provided from a place of experience and helped to guide and form this new site in conjunction with our clients stated vision.

The Benefits

  • Aesthetics that bring vision to life

  • Functionality that serves and promotes the clients vision and can grow with a building mission

  • Content that establishes and encapsulates the forward momentum of our clients vision

The Occidental Hotel

The Challenge

To provide an updated yet still nostalgic feel to an outdated overwhelmed hospitality website. The goal was to make a website that reflected the vibrant fun environment its hotel projected. One that was UI friendly but also able to be updated easily by existing managment.

The Solution

Utilizing a Squarespace site we were able to provide a beautiful easy to manage and updated site for the clients to utilize. The new site was able to eliminate the issue of spyware on their server, a hard to use/edit backend that was preventing easy management and an improved responsive mobile friendly experience.

The Benefits

  • An updated visually stunning efficient and responsive website

  • Easily able to be updated and managed long term by the client

  • Mobile friendly
