We will review your exisiting website and provide you with detailed recommendations about what you could change in order to improve your usability, SEO, and conversion rate. (Implementation on recommended changes not included).

+ Stakeholder Survey: $1,000

We will assist you with the creation of a stakeholder survey. We provide guidance on which questions to include, structure for maximizing real time analysis capabilities and the optimal presentation of those findings. The survey will be developed in a platform, such as Formstack. We assist with sending via email to a list segment you provide. Once the survey has been completed we will analyze the submissions and present our findings and recommendations to your team.

+ STAKEHOLDER FOCUS GROUPS: $1,000

We will conduct two hour long calls calls with up to 5 people each. We provide question development, analysis & presentation of findings.

+ Site Map Worksheet: $1,000

We will complete an analysis of your current website menu and develop a new recommended optimal menu structure along with 1 meeting with you to finalize the menu and development criteria for each item.

+ Google Analytics Deep Dive: $1,000

We will complete an analysis of your past website performance, and create a comprehensive report detailing recommendations for your new site based on how your past site has been used to ensure your new site is optimized.

+ Functional Requirements & Platform Comparison: $2,000

We will determine what functionality you need and map it out over various platforms to determine which one(s) might be a good fit for your new site to ensure it includes everything you need.

+ Squarespace Website Package: $2,500 & approx $250/year

• A kickoff meeting in which we will review the contract, timeline, and process for your project
• The completion of a Site Map Worksheet which will outline all of the pages that will be created on your new site along with a full review of the document with you and the implementation of the arrived at revision items based on your input and approval before we build out the new site.
• Assistance in choosing the right template for your company's needs
• Setup of all pages on your site as outlined in the Site Map Worksheet
• Migration of content from any current existing website or the upload of new content provided for up to ten pages
• Creation of up to two web forms
• Creation of up to one donation or payment form integrated with Stripe (Payment Gateway)
• Up to two hours of training which will cover editing and adding content to your provided site
• Up to five hours of Q&A and testing. During this phase we will also make any edits and changes requested as long as these changes do not exceed the allotted five hours
• Add code for your new or existing Google Analytics account to your provided site so that you can access stats about which content is being viewed and demographics about your visitors
• Point an existing domain to your new Squarespace site so that it is live or transfer domain to Squarespace for ongoing management all on one platform for ease of use.
• Two weeks of post launch assistance*

*AmberCo. fixes all bugs, answers questions and provides limited editing assistance for two weeks after the site goes live.

**All needed support two weeks after launch would be at an additional fee. Should you prefer ongoing support, we encourage you to enter into a support retainer agreement with us. Please note that Squarespace does provide support as part of their platform.

This package is designed to help you build a polished online presence through Yelp and Google so that your potential clients can easily find you and be in touch with you.

What's Included:

• Creation of Yelp page (or claiming of existing yelp page) including adding all company details and up to 100 photos (unedited)*
• Creation of Google listing (or claiming of existing google listing) including adding all company details and up to 100 photos (unedited)
• Addition of Google Analytics account added to your website
• 1 hour training on Google Analytics

*If you need custom photography taken to showcase your business or services we would put you in touch with trusted photography partners (available in CT, Philly, DC) or get recommendations for you to partner with other photographers we may not have worked with previously.

+ Social Media Account Creation Package: $2,000+

It can be hard to get setup with a social media account that truly represents and supports your business. We provide assistance creating accounts and setting up all of the branding elements to ensure consistency across platforms. We also help to craft a calendar for posts and provide guidelines for content to ensure a consistent voice.

What's Included:

• Creation of account on Facebook
• Creation of account on Instagram
• Creation of account on Twitter
• Creation of account on LinkedIn (if appropriate)
• Creation of account Hootsuite (monthly platform fee not included)
• Account details uploaded to each platform and pages branded with company logo/images/banners
• 1 hour training on curating social media posts, best practices, and resources for creating visually pleasing posts for whoever will be managing accounts going forward

+ Bulk Email Setup & Strategy: $1,000

Bulk email programs are still the primary way that many organizations stay in touch with their constituents. We help clients start and build an email program. We have experience with iContact, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Squarespace and others. As always we choose the platform based on the needs of the client. We build solutions as simple as a Mailchimp account with two templates that can go out as needed or as complex as a Drupal website with a built-in Sailthru integration so that web content can be pushed into emails automatically.

What's Included:

• Migration of 1 list of contacts (pre-formatted)*
• Creation of one email template (based on provided branding and assets)**
• 1 hour training on creating email campaigns
• 1 email sign-up form created and embedded or code provided for embedding onto website (available with most website platforms)

*If you need us to do any data transposition or cleanup to get all info into the correct format for upload there will be an additional fee assessed based on your list size.
